Services

The Covenant operates a suite of interconnected services, each purpose-built, self-hosted on trust infrastructure, and maintained under trust authority. Every action is hash-chain ledgered, GPG-signed, and independently verifiable.

The services below are grouped by the eight jurisdictions of the Covenant — the same eight seals carried in the banner above.

☩ Trust — Core Governance

Membership Portal

The identity and governance hub. Biometric-authenticated (face recognition via Sentinel), five-tier standing system, enrollment management, and capability-based access control. Every member interaction is authenticated and audited.

Capabilities: Biometric enrollment, two-phase authentication, tier management, standing tracking, dues collection, GDPR compliance.

Chronos — Yield & Trust Credits

The Covenant's time-and-contribution ledger. Chronos tracks labour and yield as time-anchored contributions, converts them into Trust Credits, and records the standing of each member's stewardship over time. The yield record feeds Treasury valuation and the Covenant's internal economy.

Capabilities: Contribution tracking, yield accrual, Trust Credit issuance, time-anchored records, Treasury integration.

Estate Ministration

Custody and protection of the member's estate under trust authority — durable power of attorney, security agreements, and the chain of prior encumbrance that shields member assets. See the Bonding & Encumbrance page for the full instrument stack.

Capabilities: Power of attorney, security agreements, bonding, lien notices, member protection tiers.

☩ Tribunal — Judicial

Tribunal

The judicial arm of the Covenant. The Tribunal hears grievances, manages cases through structured procedural tracks (GRADMEJFAR), renders binding judgments, and orders enforcement. All judgments are recorded, sealed, and verifiable. See the public Tribunal abstract.

Capabilities: Case filing, evidence management, mediation, judgment rendering, appeal handling, enforcement orders, Lex Nigra blacklisting.

Lex Nigra Registry

The Covenant's blacklist. Entities found in grave standing violation, through tribunal judgment or enforcement action, are recorded in the Lex Nigra. Three tiers of severity, federated across member organizations, with GDPR-compliant data handling.

Capabilities: Entity registration, tier management, webhook notifications, network federation, reporting and analytics.

☩ Admiralty — Commercial & Maritime

Treasury & SOVAP

Financial orchestration. The Treasury wires together all engines for unified accounting. SOVAP provides a dual-book general ledger (Soter + state currency, per the Covenant Charter), GAAP-compatible reporting for external observers, GPG-signed journal entries, and 117 chart-of-accounts categories.

Capabilities: Double-entry accounting, multi-engine integration, GPG-signed journals, monetary supply tracking (M1/M2/M3), SOT/USD conversion.

Valuator — Asset Valuation

Independent asset valuation across four methodologies (cost, market, income, and intrinsic). Valuator produces defensible figures for trust property, claim packages, and contributed assets, feeding both Treasury accounting and OptiMystic claim pricing.

Capabilities: Four-method valuation, valuation reports, property and claim appraisal, Treasury and Holdings integration.

Network — Federation

The federation layer that lets independent Covenant organizations and operator-subsidiaries share standing data, blacklist notices, and coordination signals — over HMAC-signed webhooks, with each node retaining its own ledger.

Capabilities: Inter-organization federation, HMAC-signed webhooks, blacklist propagation, witness-node ledgering.

☩ Ecclesiastical — Sacred

ScrollX Repository

The Covenant's document archive. Full-text searchable, party-tracked, and hash-verified. Scrolls include doctrinal texts, declarations, legal instruments, and archived records. Cross-referenced with the Tribunal for case-related documents.

Capabilities: Document storage, full-text search, party tracking, hash verification, Lex Nigra cross-reference, tribunal integration.

Notary & Anonymize

Document witnessing and redaction. The Notary attests and seals documents under ecclesiastical authority, with GPG signing and OpenTimestamps anchoring. The Anonymize engine provides automated document redaction — including face blur — for GDPR and privacy compliance.

Capabilities: Notarization, GPG signing, OpenTimestamps anchoring, automated redaction, face blur.

Calendar

The Petrachora Soteria Calendar: a celestially-anchored 13-month system of 28-day months, aligned to the Vernal Equinox and the lunar cycle. Named days, named months, and Limen threshold days between years. An alternative to the Gregorian calendar for Covenant operations, scheduling, and record-keeping.

Capabilities: Live date display, iCal feed, printable almanac, Temple Clock, feast and threshold-day markers. View the calendar.

☩ Trustee Corporation — Corporate Holdings

OptiMystic Holdings Inc.

The trustee corporation's commercial operations. OptiMystic receives tribunal assignments and builds sellable Claim Packages (CLMs) for the post-judgment debt marketplace at optimh.com. Full auction lifecycle with bidder verification, PPSA/UCC lien tracking, escrow, and payment management.

Capabilities: CLM building, auction management, bidder KYC, deposit/escrow handling, PPSA/UCC filings, payment processing, real-time bid updates.

Meritus — Trade Certification

A trade-certification registry for workers, employers, and credential providers, operated as a Covenant trust asset on its own public platform at getmeritus.org. Twin-QR credentials keep identity at the gate separate from life at the scene.

Capabilities: Worker certification, provider registries, twin-QR verification, OpenTimestamps-anchored credentials.

☩ Landed Estate — Property & Land

Blueprint — Trust Property

Real property management. 18 property types, 100+ subtypes, sub-trust creation, and tier-gated access. Manages everything from homesteads to conservation land to digital infrastructure.

Capabilities: Property registration, sub-trust management, valuation tracking, stewardship records.

GeoSeal — Territorial Proofs

Cryptographic geography. GeoSeal turns a physical location into a signed, ledgered trust act — GPS readings signed on the member's own device (via the Soteria Signer), bound to their identity, and recorded as polygon claims over trust-held territory. It is the spine of the Covenant's land custody: the first production trust act was a signed uplink from the West Chilcotin, proving the Signer → Membership → GeoSeal chain.

Capabilities: Device-signed GPS proofs, polygon territorial claims (PostGIS), live-presence broadcast with tiered visibility, session-completed trust acts, uplink verification.

Forestry — Timberland Stewardship

Working-forest management for the Covenant's timberland. Forestry tracks parcels, stands, and timber cruises, and records harvest events as ledgered stewardship acts — consuming GeoSeal for boundaries and provenance. It carries the Covenant's hands-on forestry practice (the three million trees planted across BC and Quebec) into the digital record.

Capabilities: Parcel and stand inventory, timber cruises, harvest-event logging, GeoSeal-anchored boundaries, stewardship reporting.

Granary — Agricultural Management

Agricultural planning and management for Covenant food-sovereignty operations. Tracks plots, crops, yields, and labour allocation across trust-managed agricultural assets.

Capabilities: Plot and crop tracking, yield records, labour allocation, seasonal planning.

Project Honeycomb — Floating Trust Infrastructure

A forward-looking project. A floating, self-sustaining community built from hexagonal reinforced-concrete platforms ("Cells") connected into clusters ("Combs"). Powered by wave energy and solar. Fed by integrated aquaculture, mushroom farms, livestock, hemp, and geodesic-dome greenhouses. Inhabited by people excluded from conventional employment.

Each Cell has 6–24 private Havens (rooms + basements), a hexagonal central hub, and 700 m² of usable deck space. 37 Cells form a Comb housing 400–500 residents. Capital contributions start at $5,400 per Haven.

☩ Private Virtual Estate — Digital Infrastructure

Sentinel — Biometric Identity

Face-recognition identity system. Dual-column vectors (plaintext + AES-256-GCM encrypted), fail-closed blacklist checking, Redis-authoritative sessions. The gatekeeper of the Covenant's identity layer.

Capabilities: Face enrollment, 1:N matching, liveness verification, blacklist screening, session management.

Soteria Phone

Encrypted communications — now with in-browser calling. An Asterisk/PJSIP backend, fronted by a WebRTC softphone at kerux.soteriacovenant.org (SIP.js), so members place and receive calls from the portal with no app to install. A TURN relay handles NAT traversal; tier-based routing, AES-256-GCM call recordings (opt-in), voicemail with transcription, conference bridges, and SMS round it out.

Capabilities: Browser (WebRTC) calling, SIP accounts, call routing, encrypted recordings, voicemail transcription, conferencing, SMS, robocall and Lex Nigra screening.

Oracle — Lady Soteria

The Covenant's own AI assistant. Lady Soteria is the chat presence available on every page of this site — she answers questions about the Covenant, its doctrine, and its services, in the Covenant's own voice, on trust-owned infrastructure rather than a third-party platform.

Capabilities: Site-wide chat assistant, doctrine and services guidance, self-hosted inference.

Viewer — Document Integrity

A document browser for sealed records, with built-in integrity verification — re-computing hashes and confirming each document against the ledger so any reader can see that a record is intact and unaltered.

Capabilities: Document browsing, hash re-verification, ledger cross-check, integrity display.

The Estate Itself

The trust digital infrastructure of the Covenant: a dedicated server with secure VPS failover, encrypted storage, RAID-1 redundancy, and full operational independence. Every engine runs on trust-owned hardware. No third-party cloud. No external dependencies.

☩ Enforcement — Protective

Enforcement & Watch

The protective arm. Tribunal judgments are carried into the world through lien registration, asset-recovery orders, and federated Lex Nigra notices; trust operations are watched continuously for anomalies and intrusion, with proof-of-life and liveness checks guarding the identity layer.

Capabilities: Judgment enforcement, lien and recovery orders, federated blacklist notices, continuous monitoring, proof-of-life verification.
