To All Nations, All Peoples, and All Living Souls
We are the Soteria Covenant, a private ecclesiastical non-commercial trust, and we address you not as subjects, not as petitioners, and not as adversaries, but as neighbors on the same earth.
We do not come to ask permission. We do not come to submit. We come to say plainly what ought to be said more often:
We wish you well.
What We Believe
We believe that every man, woman, and child born into this world arrives with inherent dignity, and that no statute, decree, or emergency can lawfully strip it away.
We believe that nations exist to serve their people, not to harvest them.
We believe that commerce should enrich communities, not consume them, and that law should protect the vulnerable, not arm the powerful.
We believe that disagreement between peoples is natural, but that the destruction of livelihoods, families, and futures in the name of policy is not.
We believe that trust, real trust, between real people, is the oldest and most durable form of governance ever devised, and that it still works.
What We Do Not Seek
We do not seek recognition from any state, nor do we require it. Our authority derives from the consent of our members and the common law traditions that predate every modern government on earth.
We do not seek to overthrow, undermine, or compete with any nation. We are not a political movement. We have no army, no lobby, and no interest in power over others.
We do not seek to convert, recruit, or persuade anyone who has not freely chosen to listen.
What We Offer
To every nation that governs justly: respect.
To every people suffering under systems that have forgotten them: solidarity.
To every individual who has been told they have no standing, no voice, and no recourse: you do. The law of the land, the real law, the law that existed before the first parliament convened, has never abandoned you. It has only been obscured.
To those who build, who create, who labor honestly and ask only to be left in peace: we are with you. Not above you, not beneath you, but beside you.
A Word on the Present Hour
The world is uneasy. Wars are fought over resources disguised as ideology. Economies are manipulated by those who produce nothing. Families are separated by borders drawn by men long dead. Trust between peoples and their institutions is at its lowest point in living memory.
Goodwill without honesty is flattery. We have therefore issued formal denunciations of the atrocities being committed in this hour, each recorded under the authority of our Tribunal. Read our Denunciations.
We do not pretend to have all the answers. But we know this:
The solution will not come from the same systems that created the problem. It will come from people who choose, deliberately and without coercion, to govern themselves with honesty, to keep their word, and to treat the man beside them as they wish to be treated.
That is not naive. That is the foundation of every civilization that ever endured.
Our Commitment
We commit, before all nations and all peoples, to the following:
- We will not initiate harm against any man, woman, child, or nation.
- We will keep honest records of everything we do, and make our ledger available to those who have standing to inspect it.
- We will honor agreements made in good faith, and hold ourselves accountable when we fall short.
- We will protect our members with the full weight of our trust infrastructure, but never at the expense of the innocent.
- We will extend goodwill to every soul who extends it to us, regardless of nationality, language, or creed.
In Closing
This letter is not a treaty. It is not a contract. It is not a legal instrument.
It is a declaration of intent, made freely, without duress, and without expectation of reciprocity.
We are here. We mean no harm. We wish you well.
And if the day comes when you need a place to stand, a record that cannot be altered, or a covenant that does not break, our door is open.
