How We Operate – How We Uphold Justice – How We Preserve Peace
Rules of the Soteria Covenant
The Soteria Covenant functions as a private and sacred jurisdiction guided by the timeless principles of truth, equity, and voluntary agreement.
Within this House of Peace:
- Every action is rooted in private international law and natural law.
- Every membership is established by free and explicit consent.
- Every judgment is enforced through a lawful, peaceful, and equitable process.
- Every relationship is founded upon mutual respect and contractual integrity.
Membership Obligations
By entering this Covenant, each member solemnly agrees to:
- Uphold the guiding principles of the Covenant: consent, truth, remedy.
- Honor all voluntary contracts made within the jurisdiction.
- Faithfully fulfills any duties associated with their chosen membership standing.
- Engage respectfully and honorably with fellow memberships and officers.
- Voluntarily withdraw if unwilling or unable to meet these obligations.
Conflict Resolution Process
All disputes within the Covenant are handled privately and peacefully. No public court or statutory forums are recognized within this jurisdiction.
- Members must first seek private resolution through dialogue.
- If unresolved, internal mediation will be offered.
- When necessary, matters will be brought before the Soteria Private Arbitration Tribunal for formal adjudication.
- The Tribunal’s determinations are binding within the Covenant’s private jurisdiction.
- All enforcement seeks remedy, not revenge.
The Principles of Voluntary Contract
The Covenant stands firmly upon the principle that all lawful relations arise only from free will.
- No contract shall be enforced unless entered knowingly, voluntarily, and without coercion.
- No party may impose terms or duties to which the other has not fully consented.
- Any agreement established under duress, fraud, or deception is null and void within this jurisdiction.
Consent, Harm, and Remedy
Consent, Harm, and Remedy
Consent is sacred.
Harm demands remedy.
Remedy must be lawful and equitable.
Within the Covenant:
- Consent is the foundation of every contract, relationship, and judgment.
- Harm, whether physical, financial, or spiritual, is never ignored and is always subject to remedy through the private Tribunal.
- Remedy seeks restoration and peace — never punishment.
✦We do not seek to punish; we seek to restore balance, heal breaches, and uphold peace ✦
