Filing a claim with Soteria Covenant is a simple and private process.

Your information will be handled under the protection of private law and sacred trust, never exposed to public systems.

  2. The Tribunal will review your Submission with care and diligence.
  3. You will receive a formal notice of acceptance, rejection, or a request for additional information.
  4. Upon acceptance, you will be granted Provisional Membership, granting you the standing necessary to proceed under the Covenant’s jurisdiction.

The Claims Process

  • Step 1: Fill out and submit the online form securely.
  • Step 2: Receive an email confirmation with your Provisional Membership details.
  • Step 3: The Tribunal evaluates your claim, determines jurisdiction, and issues a notice of acceptance or rejection.
  • Step 4: Upon acceptance, your case will proceed to initial arbitration or enforcement preparation under private law.

Fee Schedule & Support

  • Provisional Claims: Free for first-time claimants.
  • Standard Cases: Nominal administrative donation (e.g., $150–$500) depending on complexity.
  • Beneficiaries and Supporting Members: No fees; included as part of their membership.

    If you are genuinely unable to contribute, you may request a waiver.

    Justice shall never be denied to those in need.

Jurisdiction and Enforcement

All claims are handled within the Covenant’s private jurisdiction.

  • No public courts. No statutory interference.
  • The Soteria Private Arbitration Tribunal issues binding determinations based on natural law, equity, and private international law.
